As a society, I feel we have lost our recognition of what it means to create life. We've forgotten how incredible, sacred, and perfect the creation of a new life is.

As a woman and a mom of two, I now remember how magnificent our bodies are... We. Give. Life. We. Create. Life. 

That's why I'm here, I quickly discovered with my first pregnancy, labor, delivery, and the postpartum period that we don't have nearly the support we need. I had NO idea what was going on, or what I was doing and I felt lost. I'm here to EMPOWER you-- through unconditional support, space, and frequency, so you feel loved, held, and heard. I'm also here to provide you with tools, information, resources, and anything else you may desire, so these seasons in your life may be filled with grace and ease.
